- Wellbeing Support and Financial Advice
-
The decision whether to apply for the Voluntary Leaver Scheme is entirely the choice of each individual staff member. There can be a lot to think about and consider from life plans, family, to career change and job seeking. Remember that our Employee Assistance Programme is available for staff to contact and who may be able to support staff with discussions around their decision making processes. This EAP service can also help with the provision of counselling services to help individuals cope with the emotional aspects of decision making, including stress management and building resilience.
Further wellbeing support can be found here on the Staff Wellbeing Hub.
We also recommend that colleagues who are worried about the Voluntary Leaver scheme discuss this with their line manager.
Financial advice:
We now have a free Mortgage advice service live on the Reward and Benefits web page. Staff can access this benefit via the Reward Gateway Platform.
Also, within the there is also a financial/wellbeing hub which staff can utilise. Log into Reward Gateway and go to the wellbeing centre on the top banner on the homepage, there is a drop down list where you will find the tab ‘money’ which focuses on financial wellbeing.
