Spring teaching

On this module you’ll learn key project management skills and capabilities such as scope, time, cost and quality management, as well as professional ethics and the importance of the professional role in society.

Teaching and learning methods include lectures and workshops on project management knowledge areas, leading to a group project, and seminars based around case studies on the application of ethical principles. You’ll also benefit from guest lecturers to enhance your learning and skills development.

Contact hours and workload
