Autumn teaching

The module aims to enable you to develop an understanding and the skills required to evaluate the various managerial roles that accounting information plays within organisations. You will learn how to interpret financial statements and apply and evaluate techniques of financial statement analysis as well as how to explain, prepare and interpret budgets and standard costing information within organisations. The module will also develop the work place skills of working in small groups.

Contact hours and workload

This module is approximately 150 hours of work. This breaks down into about 33 hours of contact time and about 117 hours of independent study. The 5X社区视频 may make minor variations to the contact hours for operational reasons, including timetabling requirements.
