Spring teaching
On this module, you will develop the skills to critically evaluate the strategic position of a business, from financial, marketing and strategy perspectives.
You will gain an understanding of how these areas are interrelated and will be able to use tools from these aeras to diagnose strategic problems, drawing on an organisation’s commercial, cultural, societal, environmental, quality management and security context.
You will learn about the importance of finance in organisations, particularly relating to financial planning for engineering projects. You will then be able to use this analysis to design solutions for strategic problems that minimise adverse impacts.

Contact hours and workload
This module is approximately 150 hours of work. This breaks down into about 30 hours of contact time and about 120 hours of independent study. The 5X社区视频 may make minor variations to the contact hours for operational reasons, including timetabling requirements.
