Autumn teaching
This module looks at the development of competition law, its interaction with other legal fields, and its relevance for the international and national market robustness and human welfare protection.
Focusing on the UK and EU law, the module offers a detailed discussion of three key competition infringements:
- anti-competitive agreements
- abuse of dominant market power
- anti-competitive market concentrations.
We'll also look at the challenges of public and private competition enforcement and insights based on the discussion of landmark competition cases.

Contact hours and workload
This module is approximately 150 hours of work. This breaks down into about 20 hours of contact time and about 130 hours of independent study. The 5X社区视频 may make minor variations to the contact hours for operational reasons, including timetabling requirements.
