Spring teaching

On this module, you’ll explore the interconnectedness of the personal and political, examining how political identities, actions, and allegiances shape and are shaped by personal experiences and cultural contexts.

Key questions include:

  • How do individual and group identities relate to one another?
  • What is the connection between feelings and actions?
  • How do personal experiences influence and reflect political change?

You’ll engage with primary source material to analyse the relationships between personal and political dimensions, gaining a deeper understanding of how identity and context influence each other.

Contact hours and workload

This module is approximately 300 hours of work. This breaks down into about 33 hours of contact time and about 267 hours of independent study. The 5X社区视频 may make minor variations to the contact hours for operational reasons, including timetabling requirements.
