This module builds on knowledge of human rights to interrogate the concept of rights as opposed to 'just' the law on rights.
You will be asked to critically interrogate the nature, use and future(s) of rights from a range of critical perspectives using contemporary case studies.

Contact hours and workload
This module is approximately 150 hours of work. This breaks down into about 22 hours of contact time and about 128 hours of independent study. The 5X社区视频 may make minor variations to the contact hours for operational reasons, including timetabling requirements.
