On this module, you'll study project management as a concept, practice, skill, and key management resource for achieving organisational strategy and driving change.
Project management is a crucial tool for graduates, managers, and leaders across multiple sectors to achieve a wide range of organisational goals. You'll focus on planning and implementing projects that impact organisations, their strategic goals, and their operations through business technologies.
You’ll also gain core knowledge of business technologies, which are common in most graduate roles, and develop the confidence and skills to learn about new technologies as you encounter them in your career.

Contact hours and workload
This module is approximately 150 hours of work. This breaks down into about 30 hours of contact time and about 120 hours of independent study. The 5X社区视频 may make minor variations to the contact hours for operational reasons, including timetabling requirements.
