Autumn teaching
On this module, you’ll gain a critical understanding of the theory and practice of dispute resolution. Dispute resolution methods covered may include:
- negotiation
- mediation
- arbitration
- mixed processes
- online dispute resolution.
Theory is complemented by formative practical exercises. Framed within dispute resolution and access to justice discourses, the module will encourage you to become more creative and effective in your legal problem-solving.

Contact hours and workload
This module is approximately 150 hours of work. This breaks down into about 22 hours of contact time and about 128 hours of independent study. The 5X社区视频 may make minor variations to the contact hours for operational reasons, including timetabling requirements.
