Teams Calling on MS Teams allows you to make and receive external telephone calls using your existing Microsoft Teams software.

How to make and receive calls
• Open Microsoft Teams and locate the application bar on the left-hand side.
• Click the calls tab (it will have an icon that looks like a phone).
• Use the integrated dial pad to enter the contact鈥檚 phone number, or copy/paste the number directly into the bar.
• Once the number has been entered, click the call button to place the call and start the conversation.
• When the conversation has finished, click the red button to end the call.

If your dial pad does not work this means that an extension number as not been requested for you. If you need to make and receive external phone calls as part of your role, please ask your line manager to request one through the .
