A pay gap is a measure of disadvantage (a gap) expressed as a comparison between what, on average, one group of staff earn and what, on average, another earn across an organisation.

2023 pay gap

The 5XÉçÇøÊÓƵ median disability pay gap for 2023 is 9.5%, with a mean disability pay gap of 13.4%.

The 5XÉçÇøÊÓƵ publishes pay gap data for gender, ethnicity and disability.
