Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey

The 5XÉçÇøÊÓƵ is taking part in the 2024 Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES).

PTES is a national survey coordinated by , the national body for improving teaching and learning in universities.

Running from Monday 15 April to Thursday 13 June, the survey is an opportunity for Masters students to let us know about their experiences so far. PTES is the only national survey of Masters-level students, so it helps build an understanding of experiences across the country too.

.

Completing the survey

From Monday 15 April, eligible students will receive an email inviting them to take part in this year’s survey. It should take students no more than 15 minutes to complete.

The survey is confidential and the results are made anonymous so that no individual can be identified.

Email reminders will be sent throughout the survey window to those who have not yet completed the survey.

  • Teaching and learning
  • Engagement
  • Community

Can students opt out?

We strongly encourage students to complete the survey as soon as possible because their experience and views are very important. However, the survey is not compulsory. Students can let us know if they do not want to take part by emailing Denise Cooper in Academic Services.

Results
