On this module, you’ll explore the regulation of the entertainment sector, focusing on the music, film, and video game industries. You’ll examine:

  • contractual practices within these industries
  • specific legal disputes impacting stakeholders
  • regulatory approaches from an international and comparative perspective.

You'll develop a critical understanding of legal and regulatory challenges in key entertainment sectors.
