This module focuses on three linked topics: the measurement, profile and reduction of poverty; the institutional and technical bases for economic development in agriculture and the rural sector; and the role and workings of factor markets.

Contact hours and workload
This module is approximately 150 hours of work. This breaks down into about 33 hours of contact time and about 117 hours of independent study. The 5X社区视频 may make minor variations to the contact hours for operational reasons, including timetabling requirements.
