Systems / Services Affected: Both staff and student printing services will be affected by this work:
Wednesday 5 February, 10:00 - 12:00 - there may be some disruption to printing
Wednesday 5 February, 12:00 - 15:00 - all printing services will be unavailable
Thursday 6 February, 09:00 - 11:00 - web print will be unavailable
Reason for downtime: Our service partners are upgrading the service to a newer version. As well as improving the stability and security of the service, this will allow us to roll out new features in the future.

UPDATE: 5 Feb 2020 - 1:29pm
The print service upgrade has been completed ahead of schedule and printing and scanning is now fully available again.
Tomorrow there will be a further interruption to the Web Print service between 09:00 and 11:00. Printing from staff and student computers on campus will not be affected.
