The calendar can be customised in many ways to suit the way you work.
Choose the layout for your calendar:
The options are Next 7 Days, Day, Work Week, Week, or Month views. Week shows Monday-Sunday, and Work Week Monday to Friday. Just click the option you want. The example below shows Work Week view selected (this is also used in the calendar view example shown above):
If you wish to show a customised set of dates on your calendar then use the date calendar on the top right of the screen.
Tip - If you can’t see this calendar then it is probably hidden, so click the < symbol to the right of the search bar in the top right hand corner.
To select a block of dates, hold down the Shift key while you click the first and last date in the block. To select separate dates, hold down the CTRL key while you click each of the separate dates required.
Tip - To quickly navigate around the calendar you can use the date calendar on the left and click on the required date.
To scroll through by month, use the arrow keys next to the month heading. You can scan week by week by using the arrows in the Calendar view.
You can hide or show groups of calendars in the left side panel by clicking the double arrows in the group title bars as shown below.
Viewing more than one calendar -Tick each calendar that you would like to view. They will appear side by side or they can be overlaid.
Tip – You can search the calendars for a particular activity by using the Search Calendar box.
