1601I am trying to connect to wi-fi / residential network but I keep being asked for Additional Information. What should I do?
When using the 5XÉçÇøÊÓƵ wireless or residential network to connect your own computer to the campus network you must enter your credentials correctly.
You must enter your IT Services username with the suffix @sussex.ac.uk. For example if your username is ano23 you must type ano23@sussex.ac.uk
Follow this with your password, then click OK.
If you type in your username only (for example, ano23 only) then you will not be able to connect and will continue to get the dialogue balloon requiring Additional Information.
