The ITS Texting Service is for 5XÉçÇøÊÓƵ teaching staff only.
It enables IT Services to text teaching staff when there is a technical problem with an IT service that is essential for teaching. For example if there is a problem with PC login or a problem with the Study Direct server. The text message may also contain essential information about how to temporarily resolve login issues, which will help staff to maintain their teaching schedule in the lecture theatres and seminar rooms.
