Module Outline
This module involves spending 12 weeks (minimum) in the employment of a company. It is incorporated as part of a 15 months (240 credit) Masters degree course to broaden student learning.
Module learning outcomes
Demonstrate experience of working within a commercial environment.
Work within a company's procedural framework
Describe an evaluate company mechanisms for optimising resources, meeting customer expectations and ensuring sustainability
Apply knowledge, gained in an academic environment, to practical problems encountered in a commercial environment
Interpret and apply the standards and practices adopted by the Company
Communicate the placement learning experience to others
