Module 884H1
Module details for 2022/23.
15 credits
FHEQ Level 7 (Masters)
Module Outline
Wireless communications have become an essential part of our lives and growing massively into connected devices and industrial applications. The aim of the module is to introduce students to some of the most recent technologies in the field of wireless and mobile communications and to equip the students with appropriate research methods and skills important in the design and analysis of future 5G mobile and wireless systems. The student will learn about the new technologies and wireless systems design and analysis through lectures, seminars, and project work. The project work will involve research and simulations using specialised wireless communication design tools with MATLAB.
AHEP4 Learning Outcomes
