The first record of pie as we know it today dates all the way back to Britain in the Middle Ages. We have since become a nation obsessed with all things flaky pastry and meaty fillings, proudly claiming pie to be one of our national dishes.

In our opinion, pie, mash and gravy are the ultimate British comfort food and we want to show this dish the love it deserves! 

Join us at Eat Central Restaurant on the ground floor of Bramber House from Wednesday 6 to Friday 8 March. From 12pm-5pm we'll be serving up the best quality pies in Brighton, for a celebration of hearty flavors and local, stadium-inspired British culture.
